• Created custom interior design + furniture concepts

• Worked with local and national fabricators to create custom guestroom lighting and casegoods; lobby seating, casegoods, artwork and wallcovering.

• Sourced: Fabrics, plug-in lighting, finishes

• Created highly informed FF&E specifications, including furniture line drawings

• Developed schedules for finishes, fixtures, and hardware

• Prepared all client presentations and in-house renderings

• Produced construction drawing sets that included furniture plans, finish plans, elevations and millwork details

• Maintained budgets and obtained quotes for guestroom and public spaces.
